Attendant Care 

Provide one-on-one support and/or supervision to patients with severe and persistent mental illnesses in the activities of daily living or in maintaining daily routines critical to a stable lifestyle. Provide training in daily living skills to improve self-help that impact living in the community. Monitor progress toward meeting treatment plan goals. Provide support and supervision during patient crises.

Case Manager

Must be able to develop a therapeutic rapport with diverse individuals of the targeted population. Must be able to assess and function in a strengths-based model of care. Must be able to link patients with resources, coordinate appropriate treatment and provide documentation for the clinical record.

Peer Support

This position consists of helping develop a network of information and support for patients with mental illness. Applicants must have personal life experience receiving mental health support services. Selected applicant will receive training and support in becoming certified through the State of Kansas.

Individual Placement and Support (IPS)

Carries out the services of the Individual Placement & Support Specialist (IPS) Supported Employment program by assisting individuals obtain and maintain employment that is consistent with their vocational goals. Provides support for schooling and technical training for career advancement.

Outpatient Therapist

The therapist is responsible for providing mental health services (individual, family, and group therapy) within the scope of their license; and providing
consultation services to individuals and organizations in the community. The therapist is expected to adhere to the ethical principles and guidelines set
forth by the organization’s governing his/her profession and to comply with professional guidelines established by the Kansas Behavioral Sciences
Regulatory Board.

CSS Director

As the CSS Director your focus will be on the 3Cs; Care, Community and Compliance. 

Care: Manage, lead, and collaborate with a team to provide high-quality care to our CSS consumers.
Community: Engage the local community (hospital staff, providers, and community resources) through education, presentations, and one-on-one encounters, informing them of our program’s services and the overall importance of mental health
Compliance: Ensure implementation of compliant therapeutic services for patients utilizing the program, and oversee excellent patient care, including intake assessments, and treatment plan development.

Administrative Support

This position consists of answering telephone calls, taking messages for staff, greeting and assisting consumers and members of the public. This position schedules appointments, gathers client information, assists in maintaining medical records, conducts general word processing, copying, filing and general clerical duties.
