Adult Case Manager

The Community Support Services (CSS) Department at the Iroquois Center has an opening for a full time Adult Case Manager. This person would be responsible for providing goal-directed supports and solution-focused interventions, intended to achieve identified goals or objectives as set forth in the consumer’s individualized treatment plan. This person would provide face-to-face contact with consumers; providing majority of contacts in community locations where the consumer lives. The case manager will use best practices to teach people with severe and persistent mental illness how to acquire skills needed to live as independently as possible.

 

This person must be self-motivated, reliable, and coachable. Experience working within a team and in crisis intervention preferred. Requires a bachelor’s degree and/or comparable human services work experience. Competitive wage with excellent benefits. Clinical Director

The Iroquois Center Clinical Director is responsible for all elements of our behavioral health program. This includes supervision of our therapists and case management programs. This position will play a critical role in the development and management of the new Community Behavioral Health Clinic. We have excellent fringe benefits and salary is based upon experience. We prefer at least three years of management experience and require clinical licensure that meets the Kansas requirement to be a qualified mental health professional (QMHP).
